General Terms
These sales terms govern all purchase agreements concluded through our online store. By placing an order in the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these sales terms.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Orders can be paid via the following methods: bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut, N26) or bank transfer invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we will begin processing the order. Delivery fees are added to the product price.
Placing an Order
Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or other reasons, the buyer will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the notification.
Order Cancellation and Prepayment
If the Buyer has paid in advance (50% or 100%) and the Seller has forwarded the corresponding amount to the manufacturer or supplier to order the goods, the order is considered binding and cannot be canceled. In such cases, the Seller cannot refund the prepayment or paid amount to the Buyer.
The payment made for the goods is considered a prepayment to cover the costs of production, procurement, and delivery. The goods will be delivered according to the agreed delivery date, and the Buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon arrival.
If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods after arrival, this does not release the Buyer from the payment obligation nor entitle them to a refund.
Custom Orders Clause
A custom order refers to goods ordered specifically according to the Buyer’s requirements (including, but not limited to: diesel generators, batteries, inverters, PV panels, cameras, and other technical equipment). Custom orders are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right under §53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
Warranty and Claims
1. Individual Buyer (B2C)
Individual buyers are entitled to a statutory 2-year claim period for all products in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act.
To submit a claim, contact the Seller via email and provide:
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Description of the defect
Photos or videos of the defect, if possible
The right to submit a claim applies if the defect existed at the time of delivery and manifests within two (2) years from delivery to the Buyer.
The Seller has the right to remedy the defect, replace the product, or offer another legal solution. Refunds are only made if the defect cannot be remedied or the product replaced.
2. Business Buyer (B2B)
Business buyers are subject to warranty terms according to the manufacturer’s warranty and the agreement or sales offer between the Seller and Buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, business buyers may submit claims for defects within twelve (12) months from delivery.
To submit a claim, provide:
Proof of purchase
Description of the defect
Photos or videos, if available
Business buyers are not covered by consumer protection laws. The Seller’s liability is limited to direct financial damage. The Seller is not responsible for lost profits or production downtime.
3. Limitations on Claims (Applicable to Both)
Claims do not apply to defects resulting from:
Improper installation or use
Ignoring manufacturer installation and user instructions
Mechanical damage
Overvoltage, power outages, or other electrical disturbances
Natural disasters
Interference by third parties or unauthorized service
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent via email to info@rohepaneel.ee or by phone at +372 5347 6023. If the buyer and online store cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
