Delivery Methods

The Seller delivers goods to the Buyer via courier service or other suitable transport solution, depending on the size, weight, and nature of the goods.

For large, heavy, or custom-sized items, including but not limited to diesel generators, batteries, inverters, PV panels, and other industrial equipment, the delivery method and terms will be agreed with the Buyer separately before order fulfillment.

Delivery Times

If the goods are in the Seller’s European partner warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

For custom orders or goods ordered from the manufacturer, the usual delivery time is 8–10 weeks, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

All delivery times are estimates and may change depending on the manufacturer, logistics circumstances, and the international supply chain. The Seller will inform the Buyer of any significant changes to the delivery time as soon as possible.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Delay by the manufacturer or supplier

  • Actions or inaction of the transport company

  • Force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, international supply disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control

Delivery Costs

Delivery of goods is subject to a fee.

The delivery cost depends on the size, weight, and chosen delivery method of the goods and:

  • Is displayed to the Buyer during checkout, or

  • Is agreed individually with the Buyer before confirming the order

The Seller does not offer free delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Individual Buyer (B2C)

Individual Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a withdrawal request via email to info@varavalve.ee, except in cases specified otherwise in these terms.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In the original packaging

The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

2. Exceptions to Withdrawal Right (B2C)

According to §53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Goods ordered as a custom order according to the Buyer’s specifications

  • Goods for which the Seller has made a prepayment to the manufacturer or supplier

  • Oversized or industrial equipment, including but not limited to diesel generators, batteries, inverters, and PV panels, when ordered specifically for the Buyer

Once a custom order is confirmed and prepayment is made, the order is binding and cannot be unilaterally canceled or refunded.

3. Business Buyer (B2B)

Business Buyers do not have a 14-day withdrawal right, except if explicitly agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer.

All B2B orders are considered binding from the moment of order confirmation or receipt of prepayment. Once goods are ordered from the manufacturer, the order cannot be canceled unilaterally.
